These terms apply when you buy from dogcoatsuk.com.
Who we are

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email, which is when a contract is formed. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example a stock or pricing error) we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through Mollie.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates. Some items ship directly from our supplier and take longer; this is shown on the product page. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, you may cancel for a full refund. See delivery and returns.
Your right to cancel
Consumers have 14 days from the day they receive their goods to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to return them. To cancel, tell us clearly by email or through our contact page. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or proof you have sent them. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or not as described. We may reduce the refund if items have been handled beyond what is necessary to check them.
Our own returns policy gives you 30 days and does not affect these legal rights.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Fit and safety
Size charts are a guide based on the measurements stated. Always check fit and supervise your dog when they wear clothing or accessories. Remove any garment that restricts movement or breathing, or causes rubbing or overheating.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for business losses; the shop is for domestic and private use.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
