Delivery and returns

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

• Standard UK delivery: £3.95, 2 to 4 working days

Standard delivery is free on orders over £45.00.

Some items are sent directly from our supplier and take longer to arrive. Where that applies, it says so at the top of the product page and in your basket.

Returns

You can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

1. Contact us with your order number so we know to expect it.
2. Pack the item with any tags still attached.
3. Post it to the returns address we send you. Keep your proof of postage.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, return postage is paid by you.

Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within those 14 days and return the item within 14 days of telling us. We refund the item and standard delivery cost.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and we will put it right with a replacement or refund, including return postage.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept items that have been worn beyond trying on, washed, or that are covered in hair.

You do not have to use this form, but you can. Copy it into an email to [add your contact email in Admin > Settings].
