How do I measure my dog?
Measure neck, chest and back length with a soft tape while your dog is standing. Our size guide shows exactly where.
My dog is between sizes. Which should I choose?
Chest is the measurement that matters most. If the chest is between sizes, go up. Each product's size guide has advice specific to that style.
Can you help me choose?
Yes. Send us your dog's three measurements and the product you are looking at.

How long does delivery take?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If it has not been dispatched we can usually change it.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or track your order with your order number and email address.

What if it does not fit?

Checkout is handled securely by Mollie. You can pay by debit or credit card and other methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
